What does the Free plan include?
The whole local workbench, 12 coding agents and the mobile app included, on your own accounts or API keys; no team space.
What is a token pack?
Extra credits from $10, 2 credits per $1 right now, for every model, on your computer or in a team space.
What is a credit?
1 credit = $1 of model usage at official API prices; Model pricing lists what each model costs.
Do I pay extra for collaboration?
No: channels, threads, comments and notes come with every team space.
How many people can share one team space?
5 collaborator seats plus up to 100 observers; extra seats are $30 per person a month through support@mirasim.ai.
How do the credits on us work, and what if I run low?
They go into the space credit for everyone in the space; when they run low, buy a token pack or add your own API key under Model config.
Where is our code kept, and who can get to it?
In your team space, which only the members you invite can enter; Git credentials are never stored there.
What is different about the plan on your own computer?
Same features; it runs on your own computer with your own API keys and goes offline while that computer is off.
Can we get more disk?
Yes on the Linux plans: $10 a month for each extra 50 GB through support@mirasim.ai, and disk can only grow.
How does the launch offer work?
The first 200 paid spaces, and spaces first paid for during a trial or within 14 days after it, get double credits for the first month at the same price (the two don't add up).
What is the $4.99 trial?
$4.99 once for a 7-day space with 25 credits, one per account; to keep going, switch the same space to Basic and the $4.99 comes off your first payment.
When can I buy a plan?
Now: pick a plan above and pay once for 30 days, with no auto-renewal; spaces are usually ready within a minute, and sold-out plans take a waitlist.
How do I renew a space?
Owners and admins renew from the account page, the app or the reminder email; an ended space stops, and if you renew within 14 days for a Linux space or 3 days for a Mac space it comes back, after which it is cleared.
